Room Rates & Policies

We have four, uniquely different guest rooms, for overnight stays.

Prices range from $150 to $215. Seasonal, weekly, and whole house discounts may apply.

Downstairs Rooms:

ALICE’S ROOM features:
Queen-size, antique brass bed
Oak armoire & dresser
Private bath with shower
Original parlor space – large bay window
Convertible desk/vanity with mirror – TV and WIFI

PANSY’S ROOM features:
Queen-size, antique brass bed
Large, private bath with
original claw-foot tub/shower
Antique dresser/mirror, with sink inset
Antique wicker writing desk, chairs -TV and WIFI

Upstairs Rooms (shared hall bath with shower)

BUFFALO BILL ROOM features:
Queen-size antique spindle bed
Twin-size antique iron bed
Wild-west antiques and furnishings – TV and WIFI

SCHOOLMARM’S ROOM features:
Full-size antique iron bed
Large roll-top desk
Antique school desk and other theme furnishings – TV and WIFI

Other Amenities:

Free wireless, high-speed internet
Refrigerator, microwave, iron/board, hairdryers
CD player/radio, movies/books/games library
Air conditioning units

Policies:

We accept most major credit cards or cash.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation, even if you pay cash upon arrival.

If you must cancel your reservation, we require five days notice, or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Likewise, for early departures. “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount for that evening’s room.
